Conventionally, in the molding of clay products such as large flower pots,
Roller machine molding uses a mold made of a plaster mold fixed to the inner surface of a metal mold. However, when replacing the plaster mold due to wear, the plaster mold is attached to the mold. Because the plaster mold is firmly fixed, it is not easy to remove the plaster mold. For this reason, conventionally, the plaster mold was crushed using a rock crusher, etc. to remove it from the formwork, so the removal operation was difficult. This method requires a lot of time and effort, and has drawbacks such as the risk of damaging the expensive formwork during demolding.

In view of these drawbacks, the present invention has been proposed in a mold consisting of a plaster mold fixed to the inner surface of a metal mold, in which a ventilation pipe through which compressed air is supplied is threaded from the outer surface of the mold into the inner surface of the mold. A ventilation path is formed inside the plaster mold by supporting it with screws inserted in the mold, and a wax layer is formed between the contact surfaces of the mold and the plaster mold, and the upper end surface of the plaster mold is formed at the upper end of the mold. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. , 1 is a mold for a large flower pot shown as an example of a clay product, and a plaster mold 2 corresponds to the shape of the molded product.
The inner surface of the mold 3 is coated with wax on the contact surface with the plaster mold 2 to form a wax layer 4 before plaster is poured into the mold.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a ventilation pipe to be buried in the plaster mold 2. The ventilation pipe 5 is made of a breathable mesh member, and is arranged in a coil shape over the entire inner surface of the mold 3. Numerous screws 6, 6a... are screwed in from the outside of the frame 3 in accordance with the placement positions of the ventilation pipes 5, and the inward protruding portions are placed in a floating manner between the nuts 7, 7a, and the wires are The air pipe 10 is tied and supported with a stop wire 8 such as a copper wire, and an air pipe 10 whose one end is connected to a compressed air supply part is introduced through an inlet 9 at the bottom of the formwork 3. The end is connected to the ventilation pipe 5 in a branched manner so that compressed air can be blown out through the peripheral wall of the ventilation pipe 5.

Further, a presser ring 11 protruding toward the inner circumference is removably attached to the upper edge of the form 3 using bolts 12, 12a, etc. In this state, plaster is poured into the form 3 and allowed to cure and harden. It has a ventilation path 13 formed by the ventilation pipe 5 inside, and the upper end has a presser ring 11.
A plaster mold 2 fixed in place is placed on the inner surface of the mold 3.

In short, the present invention is a mold in which a plaster mold is fixed to the inner surface of a mold made of metal.
are supported by screws 6, 6a, etc. inserted from the outside surface of the formwork 3 to form a ventilation path 13 inside the plaster mold 2, so that compressed air supplied through the ventilation path 13 can be applied to the inside surface of the plaster mold 2. By ejecting onto the molding surface, the molded product can be easily released from the mold, and a wax layer 4 is formed between the contact surface between the mold frame 3 and the plaster mold 2.
Therefore, when replacing the plaster mold 2 when it wears out, by heating the mold 3 with an appropriate heat source, the wax layer 4 melts and the plaster mold 2 and the mold 3 can be easily separated. Therefore, the plaster mold 2 can be smoothly removed by simply removing the screws 6, 6a, etc. that support the ventilation pipe 5, and the upper end of the mold 3 is covered with the upper end surface of the plaster mold 2. Holder ring 1
Since 1 is removably attached, plaster mold 2 is attached to formwork 3.
In addition to being able to securely hold the plaster mold 2 against the mold, removing the plaster mold 2 can be easily done by removing the bolts 12, 12a... and the retaining ring 11. Therefore, the plaster mold 2 can be crushed with a rock crusher as in the conventional method. Since damage to the formwork 3 can be completely prevented without the need for additional work, the formwork 3 can be used repeatedly and the cost of molding molds can be reduced, which has great practical effects. be.
