ナ4と共に打抜き、しかるのち第2図のように折
目線1でインタライナを内側として折り込み、各
二つの孔部5,6および9を合致させ、両側の耳
部2Aを折り込み、シート外側と熱溶着10Aし
て四角い封筒状とし、この内に柔軟なデイスク1
1を挿入して収めたのち、耳部2Bを折込みシー
ト外側に熱溶着10Bしてデイスクを封入した公

11とヘツド13の間dに挾まれることによるシ
グナルロス54.5d/λの発生に起因すること、およ
び回転軸挿入孔5の縁部からほつれ出たインタラ
イナの繊維が、デイスク11を挾持して回転する
スピンドルハブに付着し、デイスクとの間にはさ
まれてデイスクが傾斜し、あるいはスピンドルの
中心にデイスクが保持されないのでヘツドがデイ
スクの規定のトラツクを走らずエラーが発生する
こと、また、ほつれた繊維がスピンドルハブでは
さまれたデイスク部分にストレスを与え、デイス
クの破損および使用寿命低下に到るなどによるこ
とを発見した。本発明はこのようなデイスク孔部
からの繊維のはみ出しをなくして、エラーなど欠
