For this reason, in the past, a scraper was used to scrape up water from the vicinity of the water intake to prevent the water intake from clogging, but the scraped water was left on land, which caused a problem in that it generated a significant odor.

を示す。 Next, the present invention will be explained in detail according to a block diagram. First, the water base collected at the water intake is scraped up by an appropriate device such as a mechanical scraper or a manually operated scraper, and the water is scraped up into a melt tank. It is thrown inside. On the other hand, chalk (CaOCl) or sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and water are supplied into a stirring tank provided separately from the dissolution tank, and an aqueous solution having an effective chlorine concentration of 1% or more is created. This aqueous solution with an available chlorine concentration of 1% or more is then poured into a dissolution tank, stirred, and brought into contact with a water mother. The weight of water mother
More than 90% is water, and the cell membranes that form the agar body are easily dissolved by chlorine components, so they quickly become liquid. Therefore, if this water mother solution is sufficiently diluted with seawater and then returned to seawater, the water mother can be treated without emitting any bad odor or contaminating the seawater. Note that if the concentration of available chlorine in the chemical solution injected into the dissolution tank is less than 1%, the rate at which the water mother dissolves will be slow.
Also, the effective chlorine concentration can be quite high, but considering the problem of equipment corrosion and economic efficiency, it is recommended to
The following is desirable. Next, examples of the present invention will be shown.

On the other hand, 25 tons of water motherboard was pumped up from the water intake port into the solution tank, and 75 tons of the above chemical solution was poured into the dissolution tank and stirred to bring the water mother and the chemical solution into contact. As a result, the water mother dissolved quickly, so 750 tons of seawater was added to the solution to dilute it and the solution was released into the sea. The chlorine concentration in the discharged water was 20,000 ppm, an increase of only 1,000 ppm compared to the 19,000 ppm in normal seawater, and there was no risk of seawater contamination.
In addition, there was no corrosion of the equipment due to the chemical solution, and it was easy to handle.

与するところは極めて大である。(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention is capable of quickly dissolving water carriers that rush into the seawater intakes of thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, steel plants, etc. and returning them to the sea. Therefore, the water carriers left on land do not emit bad odors as in the past, and the environment can be purified. Further, according to the present invention, since the water mother is dissolved by the chlorine component contained in a large amount in seawater, the sea will not be polluted if the dissolved solution is diluted with a large amount of seawater and discharged into the sea. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to quickly remove the water matrix that collects at the water intake port, thereby making it possible to prevent various troubles such as stopping the generator due to the inability to take water. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry as a method for treating water bodies that collect at water intakes that solves the problems of the conventional methods.
