下部位置にてV字状に接続してカバー部材を形成
し、このカバー部材を台車をもつて移動させ、こ
れによりシヨツトを床面に対し斜め上方から投射
するとともに、床面から跳ね反つたシヨツトを回
収筒を介して回収するように構成されている。そ
して、カバー部材と床面との間隔から飛び出そう
とするシヨツトは、カバー部材に巻装されたゴム
板やブラシ等によりシールされるようになつてい
るが、このようなシール機構では、密閉効果が充
分でなく、シヨツトの飛び出しが多発するなどの
問題があつた。

がカバー部材1の下端部と同一レベルで固着さ
れ、該溝部8内には、厚さが溝部8の深さより薄

すようにカバー部材1とで溝部12を形成する支
持部材13,13がカバー部材1の下端部と同一
