【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は種々の物品を多数段積層して保持する
多段パレツトに関するものである。

[従来の技術と問題点] 複数のパレツトをフレームに多段の棚状に設け
て例えばシート状の物品を各パレツト上に載置で
きるようにしたものでは各パレツトの上部に作業
用空間を確保するため、従来から、該各パレツト
がその後縁部でフレームに枢支されていてパレツ
トの前縁部を持ち上げると該パレツトが水平姿態
から後傾姿態になるようにしたものがある。即ち
本出願人の出願に係る実開昭55−335号公報にそ
のような目的で考案された多段パレツトが開示さ
れている。しかるにこの従来からの多段パレツト
は、各パレツトの後方一側縁に設けられた係合ピ
ンをフレームに設けられた斜め上向の長孔に係合
させて該パレツトの後傾姿態(仰角)を保持する
機構であつたので、該パレツトを後傾姿態から元
の水平姿態に戻すのには該パレツトを斜め上向に
引き寄せなければならなかつた。ところがこの斜
め上方への引き寄せは特にそのパレツトが高い位
置にあると非常に力が入りにくいため作業性が悪
いという問題点があつた。

の内側にはパレツトを所定角度に後傾させたとき
前記係合部が係合する支軸を設け、該支持杆は該
パレツトを所定角度以上に後傾させたとき自重に
より吊下した前記係合部の位置が該支軸よりも後
方になるように設けてあることを特徴とするもの
である。

の後縁部両側に軸受筒5を固着し、該軸受筒5中
にフレーム3の後部支柱3aに固着した枢軸6を
遊嵌することで該パレツト4をフレーム3に対し
て枢支すると共に、フレーム3の前端支柱3cに
受金具7を固着し、該受具にパレツト4の前縁部
両側が支持されることで該パレツト4が水平姿態
に保持されるようにしている。しかして、パレツ
ト4の後縁部寄りの一側縁にピン8を突設し該ピ
ンに支持杆9を吊下し該支持杆9を前後方向に揺
動自在なるようにする。この支持杆は定幅板状の
ものでその自由端には後側縁を鉤状に切除して係
合部10を形成する。11はフレーム3の支柱3
bの内側に突設された支軸である。パレツト4を
第4図に示したように後傾させたとき支持杆9の
係合部10が該支軸11上に乗架することで、該
パレツト4はその後傾姿態が保持される。このた
めその下段のパレツトの上部に広い作業空間が形
成される。一方、パレツト4の後傾姿態を解除す
るには該パレツト4の前縁部をさらに持ち上げ該
パレツトの後傾角度をさらに急角度にすれば第5
図に示したように支持杆9は自重により吊下した
係合部10の位置がこの支軸11よりも後方にな
るようになつてその係合状態が離脱する。そこで
該パレツト4の前縁部を下げれば第6図に示した
ように支軸11が該支持杆9の前面に当接して該
支持杆9を矢印で示したように回転させるため元
(第2図)の状態に戻る。なお12はこのときの
支持杆9の無用な揺動を防ぐためのストツパを示
す。
