Therefore, when this oil combustor is burned, radiant heat from the combustion tube C is radiated to the core guide tube A through the through hole B, causing the space inside the core guide tube A and the fuel in the fuel tank D to rise. Something happened. As a result, the amount of fuel that vaporizes from the wick E increases, causing problems such as runaway combustion and generation of soot and standing flames. There were also problems such as deformation and discoloration of the floor surface on which the oil burner was installed.

る。DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS One embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. 1. Reference numeral 1 denotes an oil tank, which is open at the center of its bottom surface. Reference numeral 2 denotes an inner core guide tube that extends through the oil tank 1 and is fixed to the oil tank 1 by seam welding or the like. A plurality of air inlet holes 3 for supplying combustion air are provided on the upper surface of the core guide cylinder 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes an outer core guide cylinder, which is fixed to the upper surface of the oil tank 1 via a packing 5 so as to form a gap on the outside of the inner core guide cylinder 2. Numeral 6 is a vertically movable lamp wick that sucks up oil in the oil tank, and is positioned between the outer core guide tube 4 and the inner core guide tube 2. A heat shield plate 7 is located below the air inflow hole 3 in the upper part of the inner core guide cylinder 2, and has a large number of holes 9 with shield pieces 8 cut and raised toward the outer circumference. Reference numeral 10 denotes a double-tube type combustion tube placed on the inner and outer core guide tubes 2 and 4.

ものである。 When the oil combustor burns in the above configuration,
Combustion air is supplied from the bottom of the oil tank 1 to the inner core guide cylinder 2.
The combustion tube 10 is
It is supplied to the inner flame cylinder 11 of. At this time, the unburned gas from the lamp wick 6 is mixed with air supplied from the combustion holes of the inner flame tube 11, and pore combustion occurs. Further, secondary air is supplied from the outer flame tube 12 of the combustion tube 10, and similarly to the inner flame tube 11, the secondary air is subjected to pore combustion in the outer flame tube 12. At this time, the inner and outer flame cylinders 11 and 12 are exposed to high temperatures, rising to 700 to 800°C, and emitting radiant heat. One side of this radiant heat is the combustion tube 1
It is discharged to the outside of the device through the glass body 13 of 0. The other side radiates into the inner flame tube 11, and a part of it passes through the air inflow hole 3 of the inner core guide tube 2, but most of the radiant heat is blocked by the shielding piece 8 of the heat shield plate 7, and the inner core guide tube The temperature rise in the lower part will be extremely small. Further, since the heat shield plate 7 has a large number of holes 9 with shield pieces 8 cut and raised toward the outer circumference, combustion air flows toward the outer circumference of the heat shield plate 7 and around the outer circumference of the inner core guide cylinder 2. It contacts the wall and reduces the temperature rise of the inner core guide cylinder 2. That is, radiant heat from the inner flame tube is blocked, and heat conduction from the upper surface of the inner core guide tube 2 is forcibly cooled by combustion air. In particular, the temperature of the upper part of the inner core guide tube 2 increases due to the formation of a flame on the upper part of the lamp wick 6 and heat conduction from the inner flame tube 11, but due to the cooling of the combustion air, heat conduction from the upper part of the inner core guide tube to the lower part increases. can significantly reduce fuel temperature. In addition, in the above embodiment, the inside of the combustion tube
Although the outer flame tube is placed on the upper ends of both core guide tubes, it may be placed on the upper end of either one of the core guide tubes.

る。Effects of the invention As described above, the present invention positions a heat shield plate having a plurality of holes with shielding pieces cut and raised toward the outer circumference below the combustion air inflow hole of the inner core guide tube. , it blocks the radiant heat from the combustion tube and prevents the temperature rise below the inner core guide tube, and at the same time lowers the upper part of the inner core guide tube where the temperature is particularly prone to rise by the shielding piece of the heat shield plate. The heat conduction from the top to the bottom can be greatly reduced and the fuel temperature can be lowered. Therefore, the effects are great, such as being able to prevent abnormal combustion such as an increase in calorific value due to temperature rise, soot, and the generation of standing flames.
