れ、下面には排気用フアン4の吸込側に連絡する
吸込部7と、給気用フアン3の吐出側に連絡する
二つの吐出口8,9が開口している。吸込部7に
は偏平角筒形の吸引用ダクト6の一端が接続さ
れ、吐出口8,9のうちの吸込部7の前方に下向
きに開口した一方の吐出口8から吹出される外気
は、この吸引用ダクト6の前面に沿つて下向きに
流下するようになつている。もう一つの吐出口9
は斜め前方下向きに外気を吹出すように構成さ
れ、通常はレンジ1前方に立つている調理作業者
の顔に外気が向うよう調整されている。吸引用ダ
クト6の下端は斜め前方に向かつて吸気口10と
してレンジ1の加熱部の若干上方における背後部
に前向きに開口している。この吸引用ダクト6の
吸気口10の直上には前方に突き出すひさし11
が取付け高さの変更を可能に取付けられている。
このひさし11は、吸引用ダクト6の吸気口10
への空気流の案内と、吐出口8から下向きに吹出
される外気を斜め前方に曲流させる気流の方向変
更と、物品を載置する載置棚としての機能をも
つ。すなわち、ひさし11の両側板部にはフツク
形の掛止構造12がそれぞれ設けられ、吸引用ダ
クト6の側部に上下方向に間隔をおいて突設され
たひさし掛け13に掛止構造12を掛止めること
によつて取付けられるひさし11は、その上面が
取付状態では若干前下りの勾配をもつが、上面に
は取付け状態で底面が水平面となる複数の載置用
凹部14が形成され、調味料容器等ビン類15の
底側を遊嵌させてビン類15を安定よく載置でき
る構造となつているのである。
