A method is used in which the cable connection part is placed so as to be wrapped around it, both ends are heat-shrinked to tightly fit it onto the cable sheath, and this tightly adhered part is then heat-fused to make an airtight connection. The structure makes reconnection difficult.

点を有していた。 However, in order to easily reconnect cables once they have been installed, when it becomes necessary to reconnect the core wires, a half-split type heat-shrinkable sleeve has been developed. However, since it has a special shape, it takes time and effort to manufacture, and has the drawback of increasing costs.

By cutting at the unfused part of the main sleeve, the main sleeve can move freely, and after reconnecting or repairing the inner core wire connection part, the main sleeve can be cut again between the large diameter parts of the auxiliary sleeve. It is possible to seal and reconnect by extending the sleeve over the sleeve and tightly attaching the end portion to the auxiliary sleeve using polyethylene tape, for example, and welding and integrating the sleeve.

The structure of the auxiliary sleeve 2 includes a large diameter part 3 that regulates the outer diameter of the main sleeve, a middle part 4 adjacent to the large diameter part 3 to which the end of the main sleeve is fused, and a middle part 4 that is inserted into the end of the cable sheath. It is made of plastic and consists of a small diameter part 5 that is fused. The main sleeve 7 is made of heat-shrinkable plastic made of cross-linked polyethylene, etc., and as shown in the figure, an aluminum foil 8 is pasted inside to enhance the moisture-proofing effect and also have a shielding effect. sleeve 7
is designed not to come into close contact with the surface of the large diameter portion 3 of the auxiliary sleeve 2.

The small diameter portion 5 is fused 6 to the sheath of the cable C. Next, after connecting the cable cores, the heat-shrinkable sleeve (main sleeve 7) that has been fitted onto one side of the cable in advance is pulled back to cover the cable core connection part 1, and the end is heat-shrinked. sleeve 2
It is closely attached to the middle section 4 over the large diameter section 3, and is heat-sealed there.

する。 FIG. 1B shows another embodiment of the present invention, which differs from that shown in FIG. 1A in that aluminum foil is not bonded to the inner surface of the heat-shrinkable sleeve 7. For this reason, the surface of the large diameter portion 3 of the auxiliary sleeve 2 is provided with a non-adhesive layer 9 such as cotton tape wrapping or polyester tape wrapping. Since the same reference numerals are given, the explanation will be omitted.

It is pulled back to its original position. Next, as shown in FIG.
A plastic tape wrap 11 made of polyethylene, for example, is applied over the remaining welded portion 7a of the main sleeve 7, and the tape is fused and sealed to form a complete connection structure again.

利点がある。(Effects of the Invention) As can be understood from the above embodiments, the connection structure of the present invention is such that the auxiliary sleeve is fused to the cable sheath, and the heat-shrinkable main sleeve is fused to the middle part of the auxiliary sleeve. Since the main sleeve and auxiliary sleeve are long, they can be easily dismantled by cutting the unfused part next to the fused part of the main sleeve and the auxiliary sleeve. After re-connecting, etc., it is possible to put it back on the auxiliary sleeve and seal the end with plastic tape, thereby creating an airtight connection again.
