Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 複写機のドラムの周面に付着したトナーを掻き
落とすためブラシをその周面に接して配置する
が、このブラシは数本を組立体とし１つの筐体に
収納している。ブラシ面とドラム周面との間隙は
微細な調節を要するがブラシは頻繁に取り替える
ものであり、従つてクリーニングブラシ組立体は
着脱が容易なばかりでなくその取付時の位置を微
細な調節が容易に出来なければならない。
そこで本発明に於いてはブラシ７の組立体の筐
体の両側面夫々の上・下部に２本のピン１，２を
立設し先づ上方のピン１はフレームよりドラム付
近に向けて固定されている架台３に上から引掛け
る様にした。架台３は上方が自由空間とし、且つ
架台の１部にピン１がゆるく落ち込む半円形の凹
所をつけていく。この様にすることに依り上方の
ピンは先づ非常に容易にフレーム４に取付け得る
と同時にブラシ組立体５とドラム６との間隙は一
応粗調整ながら達成出来る。
本発明に於ける微調整は下方のピン２をドラム
６に対し前後調節することた依り達成される。こ
のために上方のピン１を受ける架台の代りに二叉
部材９を用意しこのほゞ中央部をフレームに軸８
で枢着する。二叉部材９の前端は二叉に構成しこ
のスロツトは前端が開放しており又巾はピン２が
遊嵌出来る程度としこのスロツト１０内にピン２
を遊嵌せしめる。さて二叉部材９の後端にもスロ
ツト１１を形成しこれは環状に形成しこの内面に
フレーム４に枢着した偏心カム１２を嵌入しこれ
を回転することに依り二叉部材の前端を上下にス
イングせしめ二又スロツト内のピン２をドラムに
対して移動出来る様にする。
尚この調整で問題となるのは保守管理面が片側
にしかない事であり、複写機の奥側にあるブラシ
組立体側面にはアクセス出来ない事である。そこ
でスロツト１１より奥側側面の二叉部材のスロツ
ト１１′に嵌入している偏心カム１２′に向けてシ
ヤフト１３を貫通しておき、これをレバ１４で回
動する事に依りこの目的を達成している。
尚微調整完了後はロツクねじ１５で固定する。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 複写機ドラムクリーニングブラシ組立体筐体
    両側面の上下に夫々２本のピンを突設し、上側の
    ピンは複写機のフレームに固定した架台の凹所に
    ひつかけ、下側のピンは二又部材の一端に設けた
    スロツトに遊嵌して支承し、該二又部材はその中
    央部を上記フレームに枢着すると共に、他端が環
    状になつて穴を形成し、この穴内周に沿つてフレ
    ームに支軸された偏心カムが回転し得る様にし、
    該カムの回転に依り上記クリーナブラシ組立体の
    下側ピンがドラムに対して前後変位出来る様に構
    成した事を特徴とする複写機ドラムとクリーニン
    グブラシ組立体の間隙調節装置。
