て、前記筐体の回動に応じて生ずる筐体重心の移
動による回動動作の不安定な状態を、回動機構内
に設けた弾性体によつて制御し、容易に回動操作
を行う事ができる様にするとともに、各々の機能
面が正面を向いた時には、機器の操作に支障のな
い様な安定状態を保つようにするものである。
