第１図は本考案熱交換装置を用いた流体加熱装
置の一実施例を示す正面断面図、第２図は第１図
における−線に沿つた断面図、第３図は同装
置の伝熱促進体を取出して示す正面図、第４図は
伝熱促進体の他の例を示す正面図である。 図中、１１は流体加熱装置、１２は缶体、１３
はバーナプレート、１４は予混合室、１７はプレ
ートフイン、１８は伝熱管、１９は熱交換装置、
２０は伝熱促進体である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 燃焼ガスの流れ方向に沿つてほぼ平行に配
    列された多数のプレートフインと、これらのプレ
    ートフインを貫通して燃焼ガスの流れを横切るよ
    うに配置された伝熱管とを有する熱交換装置にお
    いて、前記プレートフインの間隙に板状の伝熱促
    進体が配置され、この伝熱促進体は前記伝熱管の
    接合されていない状態で支持されていることを特
    徴とする熱交換装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記伝熱促進体は、燃焼ガスの流れに関して前記
    伝熱管より下流側の前記間隙にのみ配置されてい
    る熱交換装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
    項において、前記伝熱促進体は、網状構造体から
    なる熱交換装置。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項ま
    たは第３項において、前記伝熱促進体は、多孔板
    からなる熱交換装置。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜４項のいず
    れか一において、前記伝熱促進体は、半円弧状、
    Ｕ字状、Ｖ字状またはコ字状の切欠きが一辺に形
    成されたものである熱交換装置。
