Claims (1)
- 弁本体２１に、第１配管接続ポート２２と、第
２配管接続ポート２３と、弁作動室２４とを設け
ると共に、上記第１及び第２配管接続ポート２２
，２３をそれぞれ上記弁作動室２４に連通する第
１及び第２流路２８，２９を設け、さらに上記第
１配管接続ポート２２から第２配管接続ポート２
３へと至る流路内に弁座３０を設けると共に、上
記弁作動室２４には、上記弁座３０に対して当接
・離反自在に弁体３１を配設し、この弁体３１を
上記弁座３０に対して当接・離反することによつ
て上記第１配管接続ポート２２と第２配管接続ポ
ート２３との連通、閉鎖状態の切換えを行う液閉
鎖弁であつて、上記第１及び第２流路２８，２９
の少なくとも一方を、上記弁作動室２４側から順
に、減圧用毛細管路３５と、この減圧用毛細管路
３５よりも横断面積の大なる大断面路３６とで構
成すると共に、この大断面路３６と配管接続ポー
ト２２との間には、この配管接続ポート２２に配
管６の一端側を嵌入した際に、この配管６の一端
部が当接する当接部３７を設けたことを特徴とす
る液閉鎖弁。
