Claims (1)
- 反応ガスをガス導入路から整流板を通して試料
に吹き付けることによつて処理するように構成さ
れたガス反応炉において、前記整流板は複数のス
リツト板が前記ガス導入路の奥行方向に沿つて並
べてられてそれらの間にスリツトが形成された構
成とされ、かつ、その整流板の奥行方向に沿う単
位長さ当たりの前記スリツトの幅寸法は、前記ガ
ス導入路内におけるガスの静圧分布に対応して決
定されていることを特徴とするガス反応炉。
