Claims (1)
- 被測定ビームを透過させるスリツトをもつ回転
板と、前記スリツトを通つたビーム出力を検出す
るフオトデイテクタと、前記フオトデイテクタ出
力の最大値を検出するピークデイラクタ回路と、
非スリツト部での前記フオトデイテクタ出力を保
持するホールド回路と、前記ピークデイテクタ回
路出力およびホールド回路の出力にもとづいてビ
ーム径判定用スレツシヨルドレベルを生成するス
レツシヨルドレベル発生回路と、前記スレツシヨ
ルドレベルで前記フオトデイテクタ出力をデイジ
タル化するコンパレータとを含むことを特徴とす
る光ビーム径測定装置。
