Claims (1)
との濃度を計測する窒素酸化物計測装置において
、被測定ガスの出入口と前壁部に設けた反射ミラ
ーと後部壁に設けたハーフミラー及びガラス面と
を有する濃度測定用フローセル、光源体からの赤
外線を同濃度測定用フローセル内へ導く光フアイ
バー、上記濃度測定用フローセル内の酸化窒素に
より吸収減衰されて上記ハーフミラーから出た特
定波長の赤外線のみを透過する第1のバンドパス
フイルターと上記濃度測定用フローセル内の二酸
化窒素により吸収減衰されて上記ハーフミラーか
ら出た特定波長の赤外線のみを透過する第2のバ
ンドパスフイルターと上記ガラス面から出た上記
各特定波長の赤外線以外の赤外線を透過する第3
のバンドパスフイルターとよりなるフイルターユ
ニツト、及び上記各バンドパスフイルター透過後
の赤外線を検出する赤外線検出手段を具えている
