図において１は水晶発振器、２は逓倍器、３は
位相変調器、４はハイパワーアンプ、５はサーキ
ユレータ、６はアンテナ、７は２値ランダム符号
発生器、８はパルス変調信号発生器、９は復調信
号発生器、１０はミキサ、１１は相関器、１２は
ＩＦアンプである。なお、図中同一符号は同一ま
たは相当部分を示す。
