Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 モータの回転子の内側に作動軸が移動可能に支
持され、該回転子の内周面に設けためねじと作動
軸外周に設けたおねじを螺合させ、該回転子の回
転によつて作動軸を平行移動させて、作動軸先端
に取着した弁体を移動させて流量を制御する流量
制御装置において、 前記回転子を支持する軸受けと固定部との間に
ばね座金が挿入され、このばね座金には先端を内
側に曲げた複数の弾性片が突設されたことを特徴
とする流量制御装置。
