従来例のステータ分解図、第５図は本考案のステ
ータに巻線を施した状態の図を示す。 図中、１はハウジング、３は鉄心積、４はステ
ータ、２ａは突極、２ｂは突極歯、２ｄは孔部、
５は樹脂、６は巻枠、６ａは突起部、７は巻線、
８は巻枠Ａ、９は巻枠Ｂである。

Claims (1)
- 略円筒形状のハウジングと、半径方向内方に向
かつて突出する複数の突極の先端に突極歯を有す
るステータコアを所定の厚さに積層した鉄心積と
を、固着せしめて一体としたステータにおいて、
前記鉄心積の突極基部には巻枠を装着するための
孔部を複数設け、ステータの全表面を電着塗装に
より絶縁性の高い樹脂で均一に覆い乾燥せしめた
後、ステータ磁心表面の突極歯を所定の寸法に研
削する。前記ステータに装着する巻枠には、鉄心
積の孔部に対応する位置に突起部を複数設け、該
巻枠をステータの鉄心積側面に嵌着せしめること
により一体となつた突極・巻枠間に各々巻線した
ことを特徴とするステツピングモータ。
