ても前記低負荷検出手段を所定期間オン状態を保
つよう作動する遅延手段とを有し、機関が所定温
度未満の状態で低負荷状態から高負荷状態に変化
した後前記負圧応動式チヨーク弁開閉手段を所定
期間作動させるように構成したことを特徴とする
