Claims (1)
スクとその下方に設けられた受部材の間に表面に
動圧発生用のスパイラル状溝を形成したセラミツ
ク製軸受板を介在させ、前記回転体の回転時に動
圧を発生させ、該回転体の荷重を支持するセラミ
ツク製の板体を有するスラスト軸受において、前
記スラストデイスクとセラミツク製軸受板との摺
動部以外の所定位置に軸方向に遊隙を回転体が移
動する際発生する衝撃力を吸収する緩衝部を設け
たことを特徴とするセラミツク製スラスト軸受の
衝撃破壊防止機構。 (2) 前記緩衝部にゴム又は樹脂等の弾性体を用
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
