Description

この発明は、インサートがセツトされた金型の
キヤビテイにインサートの上面から周面途中まで
樹脂材料を回り込ませて被覆部を注入成形する方
法に関し、特にインサートと被覆部とが異色であ

れた樹脂材料を回り込ませて被覆部5を成形する
場合、インサート1周面の被覆部5との境界部位
にバリ6が発生したり(第2図)、インサート1
周面が下方部まで被覆されてしまつたり(第3
図)してインサート1と被覆部5との境界線(見
切り)が奇麗にでず、特にインサート1と被覆部
5とが異色である場合、意匠性に悪影響を与え
た。この理由は、通常インサート1も合成樹脂材
料で成形されるため、インサート1の成形後収縮
のバラツキがあるとともに、インサート1を金型
(固定型2)へセツトする際の作業性の見地から、
インサート1と固定型2とがすきま嵌めで設計さ
れるため、インサート1と固定型2との間に樹脂

と、スライドコアの凸条15がインサートの段部
13と係合しているとともに、インサート14の
段部下方の外周面はスライドコア16で押圧され
ているので、樹脂材料がインサートの段部13、
即ち被覆部20とインサート14との境界線形成
部位より下方のインサート周面へ回り込むことは
ない。また、被覆部20とインサート14との境
界位部位にスライドコアの凸条15により境界溝
