Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 穀類又は雑穀と水難溶性物質と、糊料と必要に
    応じ添加される調味料、香辛料又は食品類よりな
    る混合物を自動的に連続撹拌、成形して耐水性成
    形加工食品を製造する装置において、穀類又は雑
    穀及び水難溶性物質と糊料を定量供給する機構及
    びこれらを均一に撹拌する機構を有する撹拌装置
    と、撹拌された混合物を受取るトレイ、混合物を
    成形しやすいように均す機構、及びこれら混合物
    を成形する成形ローラを有する成形装置とで構成
    したことを特徴とする耐水性成形加工食品の連続
    製造装置。
