を設けた蓋本体１４と；中央部に弁棒５を螺挿せ
しめる螺子孔１５ａを有すると共に、その外周縁
に前記係止片１４ａに係合する複数個の係止爪１
５ｂと操作用レバー１５ｃが設けられ、前記蓋本
体１４へ着脱自在に係止された弁棒支持体１５と
