る。 図において、１はアフオーカル光学系、２は検
出器、３は結像光学系、４は回転走査鏡である。

Claims (1)
- 赤外光を集光するアフオーカル光学系と、視野
の鉛直または水平方向に複数の検出素子を配列し
たリニアアレイの赤外線検出器と、上記検出器上
に像面を持つ結像光学系と、上記検出器の視野方
向を機械的に走査するために２枚の両面反射鏡を
平行に配置した回転走査鏡とを備えたことを特徴
とする赤外線撮像装置。
