The present invention relates to a stabilized powder of a water-soluble antibiotic for feed. Traditionally, in order to maintain animal health and promote growth,
It is common practice to add antibiotics to animal feed. However, antibiotics, especially water-soluble antibiotics, are said to be unstable due to metals such as iron, copper, and manganese, proteins, vitamins, and fats present in animal feed. When added, the content decreases significantly. Therefore, antibiotics are generally coated,
Those stabilized by granulation, inclusion, adsorption to ion exchange resin, etc. are used. However, coated and granulated products have large particles that impair their dispersibility in feed, or break the coating or break the granules during the mixing process with feed, resulting in stability that is not necessarily satisfactory in practice. A fully satisfactory antibiotic preparation for feed has not yet been found, as the clathrating agent and ion exchange resin are expensive for those that have been clathrated or adsorbed to an ion exchange resin. . Therefore, the present inventors investigated various stabilized antibiotic formulations that do not change in stability even after the mixing process with feed and can be manufactured at low cost. When included in powdered plant fibrous substances with
Moreover, it was found that even if it is mixed and ground, it has good storage stability. The present invention was completed based on the above findings. The feed antibiotic used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is water-soluble, and examples include colistin, kanamycin, bacitracin, and various other water-soluble antibiotics and their salts, particularly colistin sulfate. (hereinafter referred to as "CT-S") is preferred. There are no particular restrictions on the plant fibrous substance that has water absorption or water retention properties, as long as it has water absorption or water retention properties, such as wood powder, plant leaf powder, wood powder such as corn cob meal, and defatted wood powder. Examples include coconut palm, defatted rice bran, bran, and wood powder is particularly preferred. Various particle sizes can be used, but for example, 20 mesh or less, preferably 48 to 250 mesh. The particle size of the stabilized powder of the present invention is, for example, 42 mesh or less, preferably 48 to 250 mesh, and the content of the water-soluble antibiotic in the powder is preferably, for example, 0.1 to 55% by weight. In order to produce the stabilized powder of the present invention, for example, a water-soluble antibiotic may be dissolved in water, this may be soaked and adsorbed onto a natural plant fibrous substance, and then dried as it is or after being removed. In order to suppress the decomposition of the antibiotic, drying is preferably carried out at a low temperature, for example, below 50°C. If fine-grained powder is required, normally fine-grained vegetable fibrous substances are used, but it can also be obtained by soaking and adsorbing the antibiotic using coarse-grained powder, drying it, and then crushing it. Can be done. Next, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to Examples. Example 1 Dissolve 30 g of CT-S in 75 ml of water. This was soaked and adsorbed on 75 g of wood powder (100 to 150 meshes) and dried overnight at 40° C. under reduced pressure to obtain 125 g of CT-S adsorbed powder. Sample A was prepared by mixing 0.3 g of the infiltrated and adsorbed CT-S powder with 30 g of commercially available artificial milk for pigs.
Sample B is a mixture of 30 g of commercially available artificial milk for pigs with 0.3 g of CT-S that has not been infiltrated and adsorbed.
A storage test was conducted at 40°C and 90%RH. The results are shown in the table.

This was soaked and adsorbed on 75 g of wood powder (60 to 80 mesh) and dried overnight at 40° C. under reduced pressure. Next, it is ground in a speed mill to form a powder of 80 to 100 meshes. Sample E is a mixture of 0.3 g of this crushed CT-S powder and 30 g of commercially available swine artificial milk. Sample E is a mixture of 0.3 g of CT-S that has not been soaked and adsorbed with 30 g of commercially available swine artificial milk. Let this be sample F. 40
