Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダと、該シリンダ内の液圧変化によ
り摺動移動するシヤフトと、よりなる液圧駆動部
と、 圧電体により作動し、前記液圧駆動部に圧力液
を供給・排出する圧力液供給部と、 を供えたことを特徴とする圧電リニアモータ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載のモータに
おいて、シヤフトはシリンダ内を水密に二分割す
る隔壁を有し、該隔壁により仕切られた液圧室に
圧力液供給部より圧力液を供給・排出することを
特徴とする圧電リニアモータ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(2)記載のモータに
おいて、圧力液供給部は各液圧室への圧力液の供
給・排出に対応して液流が反対の２個の圧電駆動
ポンプよりなることを特徴とする圧電リニアモー
タ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(3)記載のモータに
おいて、各圧電駆動ポンプはそれぞれ対応する液
圧室に逆止弁を介して圧力液が供給可能に形成さ
れ、各圧電駆動ポンプの流入側逆止弁と各対応し
た液圧室の間には液圧調整手段を設けたことを特
徴とする圧電リニアモータ。
