  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 燃焼室で発生した高温排ガスを上部の排ガ
    ス集合室に一旦受け入れ、さらに排ガス集合室か
    ら複数本の排ガスパイプを通して下方へ再度導い
    た後、器外へ排出するよう構成すると共に、少な
    くとも前記排ガス集合室と排ガスパイプの全体を
    熱交換用の水室内に水没させる形で配置させたこ
    とを特徴とする温水熱交換器。 (2) 燃焼室の大部分も水室内に配置させた実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の温水熱交換器。
