BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, containers made of synthetic resin have been widely used in place of conventional fragile glass products for containers such as nursing cups for infants that require sterilization by boiling in boiling water.

Conventionally, polycarbonate has been mainly used as a material for containers such as those mentioned above, but this polycarbonate is highly heat resistant and does not peel off even when printed on the outer surface, so it is suitable for this type of container. Although it is suitable as a material for containers displaying colored patterns, such as baby cups, it has a major drawback in that the price of the container rises due to the high material cost.

Therefore, instead of the above-mentioned polycarbonate, it may be possible to use polypropylene, which has a relatively low raw material cost, is easy to mold, and has a heat-resistant temperature that can sufficiently withstand boiling sterilization.

However, when this polypropylene is printed with pictures, necessary letters, scales, etc. on the surface of the container, it peels off and disappears in an extremely short period of time, making this type of container extremely short in actual service life. It has a fatal flaw.

Some methods have been implemented in which patterns, etc. are printed in advance on a separately printable resin film, and this film is pasted and fused to a predetermined position on the outer surface of a polypropylene container, but this method is not practical. According to , the surface of the container inevitably has a step equal to the thickness of the film, which not only spoils the appearance, but also causes damage due to partial peeling of the film.
There are various problems such as dirt entering the peeled part and turning it black, giving a feeling of uncleanness.

In view of this, the present invention has been developed to allow containers molded from resin such as polypropylene to clearly display necessary pictures, letters, and other necessary indications, and to prevent discoloration even after long-term use. The purpose of this invention is to provide a cup-shaped container that can be used for a long period of time without any risk of peeling or delamination.

That is, the present invention has a two-layer structure made of polypropylene, an inner layer and an outer layer, and the necessary pictures and characters are transferred onto the outer surface of the inner layer container, which is formed in advance to a predetermined thickness, in the form of a film such as transfer printing. The outer layer container is molded onto the outer periphery of the inner layer container to form a container by integrating both the inner and outer layers, and the picture patterns and characters to be transferred to the outer surface of the inner layer container are printed. A plurality of through holes are provided in a patchy manner in the plain film portion which is not coated, and the resin of the outer layer container is directly fused to the inner layer container at the through hole portions during molding of the outer layer container to be integrally bonded.

As a result, the picture pattern on the outer surface of the inner layer container is enclosed between it and the outer layer container in a sandwich-like manner.
Since it is not exposed on the surface at all, there is no peeling or discoloration, and even if the transfer area is applied over a wide area, the inner and outer layers of the container are integrally fused and bonded through the through holes at multiple locations within the transfer area. Therefore, when external pressure is applied to the container, separation does not occur in the area of the transfer area, making it possible to use the container without change over a long period of time.

FIG. 1 shows a front view of an embodiment of a cup-shaped container 1 according to the present invention, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the same, and FIG. It is injection molded, but during the molding, it is roughly divided into an inner layer container 2 and an outer layer container 3,
The inner layer container 2 is formed in advance, and the necessary picture patterns 4, character displays, scales, etc. (hereinafter referred to as picture patterns 4, etc.) are formed in advance.
After applying it to a predetermined area B, the outer layer container 3 is cast on the outer periphery of the outer layer container 3 to be integrated.

As shown in FIG. 5A, the inner layer container 2 is formed into a cup shape with a predetermined wall thickness (approximately 0.8 m/m), and the outer peripheral surface of the opening 2a becomes the opening edge 2b. The inclined peripheral surface 2c is formed so as to become gradually thinner as the thickness increases. This inclined peripheral surface 2c
It is desirable that the slope is as gentle as possible except for the area B where the picture pattern 4 etc. is applied, and the opening edge 2b is made extremely thin so as to have virtually no thickness.

A picture pattern 4, etc. is printed on one side of a mount 8 such as a film or paper using ink 10 via a release agent layer 9, and a heat-fusible adhesive layer 11 is applied to the surface of this ink 10. These through-holes 12, 12... are not limited to circular shapes, but can be of any suitable shape, and may also be arranged regularly in the part 11a without the picture pattern 4, etc. (a transparent part is preferable). .

Therefore, by heating the transfer paper 7 from the mount 8 side and rolling the inner layer container 2 thereon under pressure, the ink 10 and the heat-fusible adhesive layer 11 become film-like, forming the inner layer container. A picture pattern 4 etc. expressed by the ink 10 is transferred over a predetermined area B on the circumferential surface of the inner container 2, but a plain portion 1 without the picture pattern 4 etc. is formed on the outer surface of the inner layer container 2.

The inner layer container 2 with the picture pattern 4 etc. applied in this way is placed in the mold 13 as shown in FIG.
Molten polypropylene is injected from an injection port 15 into a mold part 14 for molding an outer layer container provided around the outer periphery of the outer layer container 3 to form an outer layer container 3 having a predetermined wall thickness (approximately 1.2 m/m).

As a result, the outer layer container 3 is cast so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer container 2 and the inclined peripheral surface 2c of the opening 2a of the inner layer container 2, and the inner layer container 2 and the outer layer container 3 are integrally connected, as shown in FIG. The cup-shaped container 1 having a cross-sectional shape is formed, and in the area B where the picture pattern 4 etc.

As shown in FIG. 8, the handle 18 is designed to fit around the outer periphery of the opening of the container 1 before the cap 17 is screwed onto the container 1, and is just tightly fitted to the outer periphery of the opening. It has a ring-shaped portion 18a, and knob-shaped handles 18, 18 are integrally formed at symmetrical positions on both sides of the ring-shaped portion 18a, so that infants can hold it with both hands and drink. This handle 18
As shown in FIG. 6B, a boss 18b is provided at one end of the ring-shaped portion 18a, and a strap 19 is attached to the boss 18b.
If other handbag members are attached, it becomes suitable as a portable container.

As explained above, the present invention has a two-layer structure, an inner layer and an outer layer, made of polypropylene or a similar synthetic resin, and is transferred in the form of a film such as transfer printing onto the outer surface of the inner layer container, which has been formed with a predetermined thickness in advance. The necessary picture patterns, letters, scales, etc. are displayed using a means of printing, and an outer layer container is molded around the outer periphery of this inner layer container, and the inner and outer layers are integrated to form a container. Even if the ink is made of a material that easily peels off, the picture pattern will not peel off, change color, or fade, and it can withstand long-term use without worrying about damage.

In addition, a plurality of through holes are provided in a patchy manner in the portion of the plain film on which no picture pattern or the like to be transferred to the outer surface of the inner layer container is printed, and the outer layer container is directly fused to the inner layer container at the through hole portions during molding of the outer layer container. Since the inner and outer layer containers are integrally bonded through the through-holes at multiple locations within the transfer area, even if a transfer area such as a picture pattern is applied over a wide area, external pressure will not be applied. Even if the material is added, there will be no separation in the area of the transfer area, and a container with a picture pattern can be made with a strong one-piece structure.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to clearly apply colorful patterns and designs using inexpensive materials such as polypropylene, without using expensive materials such as conventional polycarbonate. This has the excellent effect of eliminating peeling and thereby providing a long-lasting cup-shaped container with a beautiful appearance at an extremely low cost.
