Claims (1)
- 円板状のカソード板と、該カソード板の裏面周
縁部に、その開口端部が接合している円筒状カソ
ードスリーブと、該カソードスリーブ内に絶縁材
中に埋設されたヒータ線を有するヒータとからな
るマイクロ波管用カソードにおいて、カソードス
リーブ内に前記カソード板の裏面と前記ヒータ線
との間に強磁性物質からなる磁性シールドを配置
したことを特徴とするマイクロ波管用カソード。
