Claims (1)
- 透光性基板の一方の主面に、受光面電極、シリ
コン含有のアモルフアス光活性層を含む半導体膜
及び背面電極をこの順序で積層した光起電力装置
であつて、上記半導体膜の背面は、上記背面電極
と結合しオーミツク接触を形成する結合部と、当
該半導体膜に吸収されることなく到達した入射光
の大部分を透過せしめる透過部と、を備えると共
に、反射性表面を有する背面保護部材で覆われて
いることを特徴とした光起電力装置。
