    動作時には、プラズマ収束用電流に切換えるイオ
    ンレーザ装置において、 前記電磁石の温度を検出する温度センサと、冷
    却水の温度による前記温度センサの出力変化から
    予熱期間中に前記電磁石の印加電圧を制御する手
    段とを有することを特徴とするイオンレーザ装置
    。
