Many people are dissatisfied with labor-saving aspects such as the need for a large number of operators.

のである。 On the other hand, in these cases, the subject of reservation is not just an object like a simple seat reservation, but also includes people such as teachers and doctors, so the preference of the reservation applicant is involved, and the dialogue between the reservation applicant and the operator of the reservation system is involved. It is not always considered best to make a reservation in advance.

もない。 For this reason, large-scale driving schools have traditionally posted a matrix sheet in the reservation corner that lists the date and time horizontally and the vehicle allocation and instructor vertically, and those who wish to make a reservation have arbitrarily placed the stubs of the tickets they have purchased on the matrix. A reservation form is created by pasting the information on the At this time, it goes without saying that the ticket has a number printed on it to identify the person wishing to make a reservation.

A card or chip, etc. is attached, and the reservationee uses the completed reservation sheet or board to convert the reservation data into a predetermined signal and stores it in memory using a reader labeled with the label, etc. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a reservation system that stores information.

Then, the registration number writing portions 2, 2, . After the reservation is completed, the operator in charge of the reservation at the driving school is required to enter the reservation details into the computer's memory while looking at the reservation form, which is not only extremely time-consuming but also inevitably leads to errors. As mentioned above.

For each blank space in these matrices, the reservation operator will place a label with a bar code to that effect (6),
Paste 6, . . . and 7, 7, . . . to completely fill the matrix of the reservation table. Incidentally, since such reservations are often made for several days at a time, a label 8 with a date and a bar code representing the date may be affixed to an appropriate place on the reservation table.

Turn and drive. Incidentally, the feed roll 13 may be driven intermittently by a step motor 24 by a required angle, and the bar code reader 20 may be returned to its original position during the drive. Therefore, when applied to reservation systems for large-scale driving schools, music education schools, dental clinics, etc., it is extremely effective in reducing personnel costs and accurately managing reservations.

For example, the code for displaying the person who wishes to reserve a reservation ticket may use not only an optically readable barcode but also a magnetic recording. It goes without saying that the reservation table can be either a sheet or a board. Furthermore, what is attached to the reservation form does not have to be limited to a label with glue on the back; it can also be a card or a chip, or it can be attached magnetically, so it is not necessary to limit it to a label with glue on the back. Changes may be made as appropriate depending on the characteristics of the reservation system to which the present invention is applied.
