Claims (1)
- 建設機械のフロント部にブーム、アーム、アイ
ドラプレート、プツシユロツドなどを相互に回動
自在にピン付けしてリンク機構を形成した作業ア
タツチメントにおいて、アーム前側第２ピン結合
部のボス外側端面と左右アイドラプレート下部と
の間にそれぞれスペーサをアーム側に固定して設
け、そのスペーサのピン挿通穴内径部に全周にわ
たつてグリース溝部を設け、そのグリース溝部と
スペーサ外径ポート部とを連通するグリース通路
を穿設し、上記左右スペーサのうち、一方のスペ
ーサは第２ピン内部のグリース通路を介して第２
ピン結合部のアーム用ボス内に送脂可能とし、も
う一方のスペーサは第２ピン内部のグリース通路
、アイドラプレートの下部ブラケツト内通路、外
部配管、アイドラプレートの上部ブラケツト内通
路、プツシユロツド後部用ピン内部を経て、プツ
シユロツド後部用ボス内に送脂可能とし、さらに
、上記プツシユロツド後部用ボスとプツシユロツ
ド前部用ボスとを分配弁を介して連通するととも
に、その分配弁と他の給脂ポート部とを連通して
構成したことを特徴とするリンク機構の給脂回路
構造。
