並列して設けられると共に、第１ベアリングのフ
ロントベースに固着される可動輪の外周に設けら
れた外歯と、第２ベアリングのキヤブベースに固
着される可動輪の外周に設けられた外歯とにそれ
ぞれ噛合する駆動ギアと、 該駆動ギアを回転する旋回モータとからなるこ
