- 採光部を有する屋根部と、側面部及び床部とか
らなり、少なくとも上記屋根部の下方に遮光カー
テンが設けられてなる建物の出張り部に於いて、
側面部の、屋根部下面と遮光カーテンとの間に相
当する箇所に、換気ガラリが設けられてなること
を特徴とする建物の出張り部。
