Claims (1)
- タンクとフイルタとからなり、該タンク内の一
次イオン交換水を該フイルタに循環通水させて二
次イオン交換水とする二次イオン交換水製造装置
において、該二次イオン交換水を密閉系とすると
共に、前記タンク内への大気導入部に酸添着活性
炭及びアルカリ添着活性炭充填部を配置したこと
を特徴とする二次イオン交換水製造装置。
