圧曝気槽３内の溶液を循環させる循環ポンプＰ２
と循環パイプ７を設け、該循環パイプ７の吐出部
８を該筒状体４の内部に位置せしめるとともに、
コンプレツサー１０から送られたエアを気泡とし
て吐出する散気部９を該吐出部８の下方に配設し
