第１図は本考案にかかる一実施例を示す型構造
の断面図、第２図は第１図に示す型構造において
型合わせした際の断面図、第３図は第２図に示す

図は第３図のＡ部の拡大断面図、第５図は従来の
型構造を示す第３図相当の断面図である。 図中、７は製造型、８，９は上下型、１０は下
型の凹部、１３は上下型間の側部に設けた空隙部
、１４，１５は断熱部材、１６はクリツプ部材で
ある。

Claims (1)
- 上下型からなる発泡型の下型に凹部を形成し、
この下型の凹部に袋状表皮材を設け、前記下型の
凹部に連通する空隙部を前記上下型の側部に形成
し、この空隙部に前記表皮材の端末に取付けた端
末部材を設け、前記発泡型内に発泡原液を注入し
、前記表皮材と発泡原液を発泡したクツシヨン材
とを一体成形した一体成形座席体の製造型構造に
おいて、前記下型凹部と上下型側部の空隙部との
間の上下型に、前記表皮材を挾持する突部を形成
するとともに、前記空隙部に熱伝達を防止する断
熱部材を取付け、前記下型に取付けたクリツプ部
材と、この断熱部材とで前記端末部材を挾持した
ことを特徴とする一体成形座席体の製造型構造。
