用被覆材。 (2) セラミツク材料層を、セラミツク粉を塗布
することにより設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項記載の対火花防護用被覆材。 (3) セラミツク材料層を、セラミツク繊維を用
いたチユーブ状又はシート状の編物品又は織物品
を貼り付けることにより設けた実用新案登録請求
