Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 底板１と側壁２が分解可能に構成された鋳
型において、鋳型内を底板１に対し垂直に設けた
脱着可能な１又は複数の仕切板４にて複数に分割
したことを特徴とする多結晶シリコン鋳造用鋳型
。 (2) 底板１、側壁２および仕切板４が黒鉛製で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項記載の多結晶シリコン鋳造用鋳型。 (3) 鋳型の内面５に窒化珪素、酸化珪素、炭化
珪素のうち１または２以上の混合物の粉末が塗布
されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第(1)項又は第(2)項記載の多結晶シリコン鋳造用
鋳型。
