Claims (1)
- 同一軸線を中心に外周に４面のターゲツト材支
持面１１を各々備える２つのゾーンよりなるター
ゲツト材支持ブロツク１と直線的に一体に結合さ
れている支柱３をインオンビームスパツタ蒸着装
置の真空槽壁５を貫通させ、前記ターゲツト材支
持ブロツク１および支柱３の一部を覆つてターゲ
ツト材支持面１１の一つに対応する開口部１８を
備えるスパツタ防護用円筒カバー２を真空槽壁５
に固定し、真空槽壁５の外側に突出する支柱３に
筒状の支持部材１２をはめて、その一端を真空槽
壁５にＯリング９を配して真空槽壁５の孔と支柱
９との間を密封して固定し、支持部材１２に、外
周面に９０°の間隔で長さ方向に４条の溝８を形
成した環状のハンドル７をはめ、ハンドル７と支
柱３とを一体に連結し、溝８にはまるスプリング
ストツパー６を真空槽壁５の側に取付けたことを
特徴とするターゲツト材ホルダー。
