前記回転部材の中心点に対峙する位置に発光素子

の受光素子が形成されている固定部材からなり、
前記回転部材と前記固定部材は所定の間隙を介し
て相互に回転可能に構成されている多芯光ケーブ
ルロータリコネクタおいて、前記受光部を収容し
ているケースをセラミツクによつて構成し、その
外周面にアース導体層が設けられていることを特
