３図は従来の高周波調理器に用いられている石英
管ヒーターの端末部について要部を断面で示す側
面図である。 図において、１は石英管、３はベース、４は無
機質セメント、９はシリコン樹脂、６０は石英管
ヒーター、１０は高周波発振器である。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

- 高周波発振器と石英管ヒーターを備えた高周波
調理器において、石英管ヒーターの石英管端末シ
ール部とベースとを無機質セメントで固定し、さ
らに上記無機質セメントをシリコン樹脂で被つた
ことを特徴とする高周波調理器。
