- 超音波探触子の把持部と振動子部を分離し、該
振動子部を、その振動子面が探触子軸に平行な軸
に対して少なくとも二方向の角度を選択し得るよ
うに、前記把持部に着脱可能に取り付けたことを
特徴とする超音波探触子。
