である。 １０：高周波発生部、１２ａ，１２ｂ：アプリ
ケータ、１３ｃ：制御用の温度センサ、１７：セ
ンサ温度下限設定部、２１：室温センサ、２０：
制御部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加温手段と、被加温部の温度を測定する少
なくとも１個以上の温度センサと、これらの温度
センサの少なくとも１つの測定値を受け、その測
定値が所定値となるように前記加温手段を制御す
る手段を含む温熱治療装置において、 前記温度センサの測定温度が所定の基準温度以
下に低下したか否かを判別する手段と、この判別
手段の基準温度以下に低下したことを示す出力に
応答し、前記加温手段による加温を禁止する手段
を備えたことを特徴とする温熱治療装置。 (2) 前記基準温度は、設定器により予め設定さ
れるものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の温熱治療装置。 (3) 前記判別手段は、測定温度と、別に設ける
室温センサにより測定される室温との差値が、所
定の差値基準値以下であるか否かを判別するもの
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の温熱
治療装置。
