- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) セラミツク製の基体および蓋体と、 上記基体の開口に上記蓋体を気密に封止する接
着剤と、 ４２ニツケルからなり上記基体と蓋体の接着部
位を貫通して配設され上記容器の内部及び外部に
位置する部分にのみ半田めつきを施したリードフ
レームと、 上記基体の内部に収納され電極を上記リードフ
レームに接続して外部に導出される圧電振動子と
を具備することを特徴とする圧電振動子のセラミ
