- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発酵させる対象物を封入して外気を遮断し、内
部で対象物を発酵させるための発酵用容器又は袋
において、 一端が発酵用袋又は容器の内部に通じているパ
イプと、 前記パイプの他端において、前記パイプの他端
の開口部を塞ぐように置かれた薄い可撓性を有す
る弁と、前記弁を前記パイプの他端の開口部に押
し付ける押付け手段とを有する安全弁装置とを有
することを特徴とする発酵用容器又は袋。
