である。第６図と第７図は従来例を示すもので、
第６図はドラム缶の要部拡大断面図、第７図はド
ラム缶の要部拡大断面図で、覆輪を取り付けた状
態を示している。 １……筒形胴体、１ａ……胴体端部、２……天
地板（蓋板）、２ａ……周壁、３……折返し縁部

Claims (1)
- 筒形の胴体１と、これの両端を塞ぐ一対の蓋板
２とよりなる金属容器であつて、各蓋板２の周縁
に容器外側に向かつて略直角状に曲げられた周壁
２ａが設けられ、胴体１の両端部１ａに外側に折
返された折返し縁部３が設けられるとともに、各
蓋板周壁２ａの先端に胴体１側に折返された折返
し縁部４が設けられ、胴体１の両端部１ａの内側
に蓋板２がそれぞれ嵌め込まれて、各蓋板周壁２
ａの折返し縁部４と胴体端部１ａの折返し縁部３
とが巻締められており、胴体端部１ａと蓋板周壁
２ａもしくは胴体端部１ａの折返し縁部３と蓋板
周壁２ａの折返し縁部４との重ね合わせ部分にキ
ーホール溶接による接合部６が全周にわたつて設
けられている金属容器。
