- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダフレームに配設された圧電振動子と、
前記シリンダフレーム内に移動可能に設けられた
ピストンとを具備し、前記圧電振動子とピストン
とを圧電振動子のばねを介して連結する構成とし
、且つ、前記圧電振動子のばね定数をＫ１、前記
ばねのばね定数をＫ２、前記ピストンの質量をｍ
、前記圧電振動子に対する駆動周波数をωとした
とき、これらω，ｍ，Ｋ１，Ｋ２の関係を ω＝√（１ ２）｛（１＋２）｝とな
るように定めると共に、Ｋ２をＫ１よりも小に設
定したことを特徴とする圧電式エアポンプ。
