１ 従来の釘を使用して、板を仮付けするとき板
面まで釘の頭を打つこともあれば、頭を少し残し
て打つこともある。頭を残すと抜くときは都合が
よいが締まりが悪く、頭まで打つと抜くときに板
を破損することが多い。２ そこで、釘の頭部を
図１のように二段にして下部の頭部を板面まで打
ち、これを抜くときは図２のように上部の頭の首
を釘抜きを使つて抜くと板の破損が少なくて有利
である。３ 又、仮付けした場合でも抜く必要が
なくなつた場合は、上部の頭部を根元からカツト
して跡の返えりを取るか、少し叩いておくとよい
。４ 品物によつては、下部の頭を平に叩いて戻
り止めとして使うこともできる。
1. When temporarily attaching boards using conventional nails, sometimes the head of the nail is driven all the way to the surface of the board, and sometimes it is driven leaving a little of the head.
